Terms of Service & Trade Supply

1. Acceptance & Product Specifications
By accessing the Shri Ambika Plast web portal, placing trade orders, or requesting product quotes for Anchar Gold PVC Suction Pipes, Anchar Royal-Flex Garden Hose, or Lay-Flat Delivery Hose, you agree to comply with these terms.
- Quality Guarantee: All manufactured PVC hose products strictly adhere to ISO 9001:2015 standards, virgin PVC compound ratios, and inner/outer diameter specifications.
- Bore & Wall Tolerances: Dimensions, working pressure ratings, and temperature tolerances are specified per product batch. Technical data sheets are available upon request for industrial applications.
2. Orders, Payment & Delivery Terms
Trade accounts and wholesale buyers benefit from streamlined dispatch protocols across India:
Orders are eligible for Pay-on-Delivery (POD) or advance invoice settlement as confirmed during trade quotation.
Freight dispatch is arranged via partner logistics networks or customer-appointed transport carriers from Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru.
Standard stock orders may be canceled prior to dispatch notice. Custom extrusion lengths require prior written confirmation.
Goods are securely bundled and strapped before dispatch. Consignments must be checked upon receipt for external transport damage.
3. Warranty & Return Claims
We stand behind the durability of our industrial and agricultural hose lines:
- Manufacturing Defect Warranty: Any manufacturing anomaly (such as un-reinforced wall voids or dimension mismatch) reported within 14 days of delivery will be inspected and replaced free of charge.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by exceeding pressure ratings, chemical incompatibility outside recommended PVC limits, improper storage, or physical cut damage.
4. Governing Law & Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
